研究内容

主要从事肿瘤细胞分子生物学、肠道微环境稳态调控机制、细胞的辐射损伤与修复和肿瘤诊断的分子标记物研究,实现生物医学理论基础研究技术转化。

1.发现多功能蛋白MARVELD1:高度保守,影响细胞运动迁移能力,影响小鼠出生后小肠发育以及功能细胞的分化和发育,调控DNA损伤与修复功能。

2.发现多功能蛋白MARVELD1影响肿瘤细胞糖代谢:研究肿瘤细胞葡萄糖代谢稳态失衡以及重编程过程的调控机制,并研究MARVELD1影响细胞葡萄糖代谢的分子机制。

3.应对新型冠状病毒疫情,推进医工交叉,研发核酸检测一体化设备与试剂,快速实现技术转化。

 

Research Interests

Associate professor FANG HAN's research focuses on tumor cell biology, Tumor cell glucose metabolism, molecular diagnosis of diseases and the transformation of biomedical technology.

1. The research team found that the multifunctional protein MARVELD1 was highly conserved, affecting the movement and migration of cells, the differentiation and development of small intestine functional cells, and regulating DNA damage and repair functions.

2. The research team found that the multifunctional protein MARVELD1 affected glucose metabolism in tumor cells: Study the imbalance of glucose metabolism homeostasis and the regulation mechanism of reprogramming process in tumor cells; Study the molecular mechanism of MARVELD1 affecting glucose metabolism.

3. In response to the Novel Coronavirus outbreak, the research team have promoted the integration of medical and industrial, and developed integrated nucleic acid testing equipment and reagents, so as to achieve technological transformation.
